The year is 1974, a time marked by oppression and censorship. Until then, Portugal was ruled by a harsh dictatorship dominated by a severe political police force—the PIDE (International and State Defence Police)—which operated clandestinely under government orders at a time when everyone believed it had already been disbanded.
You and your group were captured on suspicion of involvement in communist activities against the government; simultaneously, an attack was being carried out against the top leaders of the PIDE, and you are suspected of being involved in that incident.
